The Phantom Lake Loop is a 10- to 12-foot wide paved pathway that circumnavigates Phantom Lake. The loop is approximately 2.4 miles long and connects to Lake Hills Greenbelt to the west, Weowna Park to the east and Robinswood Park to the northwest. The loop begins (from the west) at 156th Avenue Southeast and Southeast 16th Street, goes east on Southeast 16th Street to 168th Avenue Southeast, south to Southeast 24th Street, west to 156th Avenue Southeast and north to the point of beginning. Phantom Lake Loop offers trails, fishing, and a small dock, as well as being accessible.

Please visit the Lake Hills Greenbelt Ranger Station for a boating permit. Permits are free, and up to 12 non-resident, non-motorized boats are allowed at a time. Permits are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are valid for three hours. Boating is allowed only during daylight hours.

Heading east on I-90, take the 148th Avenue SE exit (Exit 11B) north. Turn right on SE 16th Street. Continue to 156th Avenue SE to the trail. Turn right on 156th; the park is on the left.
