The City of Bellevue will make a one-time-only adjustment if an outside buried service line is damaged at your home resulting in a leak.
Billing adjustments are not made for leaks to:
- irrigation systems
- pools or water features
- boat docks
If you have experienced a leak to an outside buried service line, please send a written request for an adjustment, along with proof of repair to Bellevue Utilities, PO Box 90011, Bellevue, WA 98009-9011.
