Crossroads Community Center is located in the expansive 34-acre Crossroads Park. Crossroads Community Center is ideal for wedding and anniversary receptions, birthday parties, off-site business meetings or retreats, and classes. Our multi-purpose room holds up to 120 people. The Center's Community Room, with its large windows overlooking Crossroads Park, features a warming kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, sink and ample counter space.

Guidelines, Fees and General Information
Whether you are planning a small family gathering or a large event, Crossroads Community Center can likely meet your needs. The first step in reserving the facility is to review the Facility Rental Guidelines, which provide our policies and procedures for rental and use of all Parks & Community Services facilities.

In order to reserve the facility for your rental, please complete and email the following documents to CCC@bellevuewa.gov:
- Facility Use Request Form
- Crossroads Community Center Supplemental Form
- Credit Card Authorization Form
- Indoor Facility Special Use Form (if applicable; see below for details)
- Copy of IRS letter with proof of 501(c)(3) status (for non-profits, if applicable)
Your booking will be finalized upon receiving these documents, your payment, and the assignment of facility staff on-site during the time of your rental.
Special Uses
Planning on hiring any of the following for your event?
- Catering - if caterers will stay to serve food (food drop-off does not apply)
- Entertainment or game vendors
- Room setup, additional equipment vendors (Inflatables are not permitted at Crossroads Community Center)
Bellevue Parks & Community Services requires prior authorization for all special uses provided during facility rentals. We must receive the Indoor Facility Special Use Form a minimum of 30 days prior to your rental in order to be processed. If you are not sure whether your event needs a special use permit, please contact us so we can help you.

For emergency issues related to your rental, please call our after-hours emergency rental customer service line at 425-452-4874 and select option 2. Leave a message with your name and phone number, and a staff member will return your call.

Conference Room
Our Conference Room provides an intimate setting for your next meeting, retreat, or class. This room has a capacity of 12 people.
- Fee: $30/hour
- NOTE: There is an additional $25/hour fee for all rentals on Saturdays and Sundays.
- A two-hour minimum applies to all rentals.
- A 30% discount is available for non-profit groups providing proof of 501(c)(3) status.
Mirror Room
The Mirror Room has a capacity of 50 people, and is regularly used for dance classes, meetings, and events.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the Mirror Room.
- Fee: $45/hour
- NOTE: There is an additional $25/hour fee for all rentals on Saturdays and Sundays.
- A two-hour minimum applies to all rentals.
- A 30% discount is available for non-profit groups providing proof of 501(c)(3) status.
Theatre
The Crossroads Theatre has a capacity of 75, and features large windows and an elevated stage.
- Fee: $65/hour
- NOTE: There is an additional $25/hour fee for all rentals on Saturdays and Sundays.

Community Room
The Community Room is Crossroads Community Center's signature rental space. Large windows overlook Crossroads Park in this light and modern venue. This room includes a warming kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, sink and ample counter space and is suitable for groups up to 120 people. The Community Room can also be divided in half to accommodate smaller groups.
- Fee: $110/hour for full room; $65/hour for half room.
- NOTE: There is an additional $25/hour fee for all rentals on Saturdays and Sundays.
- A two-hour minimum applies to all rentals.
- A 30% discount is available for non-profit groups providing proof of 501(c)(3) status.
Gymnasium
Rent the Crossroads Community Center Gymnasium for your next event! This space, with a capacity up to 200 people, can be divided in half with a netted divider to accommodate multiple games at the same time. !
Food and drinks are not allowed in the Gymnasium.

Art Room
The Art Room has a capacity of 15 people and is perfect for a small class or workshop. This room includes a sink in the back and a white board in the front.
