Residents, visitors and businesses praise Bellevue for being a safe, clean and vibrant city. Together, we all can help to keep Bellevue beautiful as a place for everyone to enjoy! Keep Bellevue Beautiful will continue to roll out different ways for you to learn and help.

Adopt-A-Street
Adopt-A-Street is a volunteer-based program that encourages and resources individuals, families, neighbors, businesses and community groups to take an active role in keeping our streets free of litter.
Adopters can choose a street and commit to cleaning it at least four times a year. The city provides safety vests, gloves, trash bags and litter grabbers to help volunteers be well-prepared and safe while cleaning up.

Signature Streets
Signature streets provide first and lasting impressions of Bellevue and are also the streets that have frequently been hot spots for reported litter. The cleanups have been a great way for community members to connect, have fun and contribute to keeping Bellevue's streets and streams clean.
Within its first year, Keep Bellevue Beautiful has hosted nine neighborhood area community cleanup events, including Downtown, Factoria, Bridle Trails, Lake Hills, BelRed, Crossroads, Newport, Wilburton and Eastgate.
Thank you to everyone who participated in our most recent Signature Streets cleanup event in the Crossroads area in September.

Summer 2023 Cleanup Events
Thank you to all who came out to help with the two cleanup events launching Keep Bellevue Beautiful in downtown and Factoria! With about 130 volunteers, we were able to meet neighbors and clean the areas that we all enjoy.
Please consider coming out for future events and do your part every day by reducing unnecessary use, and plan to reuse and recycle items to keep Bellevue beautiful!
