The purpose of the Inclusive Innovation Forum is to advise the Chief Information Officer on extending Bellevue’s capabilities as a city where innovation supports opportunity, equity, mobility, and economic development. The forum will provide input to Bellevue staff on topics such as:
- Prioritizing citywide innovation projects
- Providing input and insights on policy development
- Assessing emerging technologies for equity and community impacts
- Supporting community education opportunities and digital equity
- Enhancing Bellevue as a place where innovators want to grow their businesses and test their ideas
- Growing innovative partnerships
The forum will meet three-four times a year in facilitated meetings and additional sub group sessions related to the workplan.
Bellevue’s CIO will chair the meeting. Residents and businesses are encouraged to attend and get involved.
The first meeting is scheduled on October 28, 2024 in Bellevue City Hall. Registration will be available in late September.
