The Bellevue Parks & Community Services Board values community input and looks forward to hearing from you during its next meeting.
Public Participation Rules
In compliance with Washington State campaign laws regarding the use of public facilities during elections (RCW 42.17A.555), no speaker may support or oppose a ballot measure or support or oppose a candidate for an election, which includes your own campaign. Any speaker who begins discussing topics of this nature will be asked to stop.
Speaker Registration
To be added to the speaker list for oral communications please register using the below webform. The form will be available beginning at noon the day of the meeting and will close at 5:30 p.m. (30 minutes before the start of the meeting).
If you've missed the webform deadline, in-person registration will also be available at the start of the meeting.
Pursuant to the Parks & Community Services bylaws, the total time for oral communications is 30-minutes. Speakers will be called to speak in the order in which they registered and will have three minutes to address the Board. Your name may not be called if the maximum total time has been exceeded. You may, at any time, provide comments to the Parks & Community Services Board via email at ParkBoard@Bellevuewa.gov.
Please note that testimony provided during oral communications will be recorded.
Parks & Community Services Board meetings are conducted in a hybrid manner and speakers can appear in-person at Bellevue City Hall or connect virtually. If you are experiencing technical issues with this form and are unable to register, please contact the Parks & Community Services Board at (425) 452-4162 or ParkBoard@bellevuewa.gov.
