The purpose of the retreat is to set expectations, review 2024 accomplishments, discuss future projects, plans and commitments, review financial strategy work, discuss Council travel guidelines and Council-appointed Boards and Commission process, and discuss next steps. There will be no opportunity for public comment at this meeting. January 30, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. January 31, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
