Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Reform LUCA Information Session
Virtual via Zoom
As part of a series of housing-related actions called Next Right Work, and in an effort to create a variety of housing choices in the City of Bellevue, the City Council has initiated a set of amendments to the Land Use Code to remove regulatory barriers for attached ADUs, making it easier for property owners to build ADUs, and to create a pathway for separate ownership of ADUs.
Join city staff for a public information session to learn more about the current regulations for ADUs in Bellevue and the potential changes being considered. Staff will also discuss the schedule for the project and ways to provide input, and they will be able to answer questions as well.
