As of Sept. 30, the Governor’s shut-off moratorium has ended. However, Utilities will
continue to suspend water shut-offs and late fees through the end of the year to allow
customers additional time to pay balances and/or set up payment plans. After
January 1, 2022, accounts with past-due balances that do not have payment plan
arrangements in place will be notified that they may face service disconnection for‚Äč
non-payment.


Utilities is preparing to launch a new version of our online bill pay platform, MyUtilityBill.
The new system will offer improved features and ease in paying bills. Customers will use
the same website address to access MyUtilityBill, but will need to re-register accounts to
process payments. We anticipate this upgrade will be effective by end of year. More
information on what to expect and how to register on the new site is coming soon.
